About the Gin Silky smooth, delicately spiced, vibrant and opulent. Fresh orange zest underpinned with cinnamon and tonka. Gently distilled in a small batches and presented in a porcelain bottle featuring the Ginger Cat artwork. Made with silky smooth tonka from South America, Iranian orange flowers, cinnamon, fresh orange zest, a little ginger, Kossovo juniper and organic grain spirit. Serve with ice and tonic. Garnish with a slice of dehydrated orange studded with a cinnamon stick. Alternatively as a Negroni with equal measures of Campari and sweet vermouth, muddled orange zest, a dash of Angostura bitters and a dash of chocolate bitters, stirred with ice and strained into a rocks glass with a large ice cube.
