About the Gin Full-bodied rich and smooth with subtle citrus and complex aromatic highlights. Launched in the year of the monkey, the porcelain bottles feature Leonardo the Monkey depicting the botanicals used. Made with lime zest, ginger, thyme, black peppercorns, allspice, cumin, coriander seed, Croatian juniper berries and organic grain spirit. Serve with ice and tonic. Garnish with a shard of sweet red pepper, a slapped sage leaf and a twist of lime. Alternatively as a Moscow Monkey with a squeeze of lime and ginger beer.
