Gin Kitchen Blushing Monkey Pink Gin

About the Gin A juniper-led but gorgeously floral colour-changing gin with a delightful sweet, but not too sweet fruity twist. Initially translucent, it blushes to a pearlescent pink when tonic is added. Made with black grapes, lime zest, ginger, thyme, black peppercorns, allspice, cumin, coriander seed, Croatian juniper and organic grain spirit. Serve with ice and tonic. Garnish with a raspberry and a twist of lime. Alternatively as a Pink Passion: build the following ingredients in a highball glass over ice. 25ml Blushing Monkey, 50ml Passoa, 50ml passion fruit puree, pineapple juice and grenadine. Garnish with a pineapple wedge and a cherry.
