Elegant aromas of persimmon, winter melon and green apple, this sake is clean, fresh and juicy. The texture is silky smooth, with a mouth of sophisticated sweetness. It has a bright acidity that really balances out the flavours of the sake.
Very good value-for-money top end Junmai Daiginjo. It gives you something different from the usual apple and melon notes, instead opting for more winter fruit aromas. This sake is good drunk by itself, but also pairing with salads, white meat, or white fish.
