About the Sake
Named after the founder of the brewery. Rich, Complex and aromatic type sake. Strong notes of banana, melon and apple. Good structure and texture with a long finish. Uses Yeast 1801. Pairing with white asparagus in butter sauce. Come in a nice wooden box.
