Produced in a Coffey still, this vodka is the result of a blend of maize spirit and malted barley spirit. During bottling, it was filtered through birch charcoal so that it would retain as much unctuosity and balance as possible.
*BLUE LAGOON*
1 oz Vodka
1 oz Blue Curacao
Lemonade (Sprite/7up)
Instructions:
Pour vodka and blue curacao in hurricane or highball glass filled with ice. Top with lemonade. Garnish with a slice of lemon and maraschino cherry and serve.
*SEABREEZE*
1.5 oz Vodka
4 oz Cranberry Juice
1 oz Grapefruit Juice
Instructions:
Pour vodka over ice into highball glass. Add mixers. Garnish with lime wedge and serve.
