About the Sake
Unlike most sparkling sake on the market, John is a serious Brut style, bottle fermented Junmai Daiginjo, loaded with 6 bars of pressure and a full 15% ABV. The delicacy of the bubbles, and brut quality of the highly polished sake, saw this sake clinching the IWC Trophy.
One of the best sparkling sake in the market. Great as an aperitif.
