About the Sake Set
Made with 100% organic ginnosato rice. Tokusen and Slightly Sparkilng are limited to 3000 and 300 bottles a year, respectively. The Wine Cell is made using wine yeast instead of sake yeast lending it a refreshing malolactic quality which is more commonly found in wines. The sake is made by 47th generation Takeshi Yasumoto of Yasumoto Shuzo.
