Located on the banks of an estuarine river, the distillery uses a combination of exotic botanicals for its flagship gin but the key ingredient is laminaria seaweed!
CHARACTERISTICS
On the nose, like a sea breeze, interspersed with intense citrus and herbs. On the palate, against a backdrop of umami base notes, experience a flavour evolution starting slightly sweet and herbaceous, opening up to pinewood and fresh citrus then ending on a mineral note.
