Diplomático Ambassador is an exquisite expression crafted from the distillery’s best rums. It is matured in white oak barrels for a minimum of twelve years before being aged for two additional years in Pedro Ximénez sherry casks. Bright dark amber in colour, the nose offers a well-balanced combination of aromas including port wine, cigar box, dried fruits and chocolate.The palate is complex, with raisin, nutmeg, cinnamon and toasted oak notes leading into a long and lingering finish.
