About the Sake
Mild, clean sake with a good structure, good acidity with a deep, lingering finish. Bold yet delicate, Yukimegami is a new sakamai used only in Yamagata.
This is one of the rare non-yamadanishiki sakes submitted for the annual Japan Sake Competition.
