The Chalong Bay distillery was founded by a young French couple in Phuket on a mission to return rum to the original home of sugar cane. The distillery is equipped with a forty-year-old armagnac still.
1.5 oz White Rum
4 pcs lime wedge
2 tsp white sugar
6-8 mint sprigs
Lightly muddle the mint, sugar, and lime wedge in a tall or short glass. Fill the glass with crushed ice and add rum. Stir and top with soda water. Garnish with mint sprig and serve.
